![]() | McIntosh: Available September 3rd through October 9th. McIntosh are generally green one side, and red on the other; usually large and somewhat tart. Good for salads, sauce, pies or eating.

![]() | Gala: Available September 10th through September 24th, Available in the farm market only. Galas are grown especially for kids! They tend to be mild flavored, juicy and crispy. They are usually a bright yellow and red in color. Great for salads and eating. |
![]() | Empires: Available September 17th through October 19th. Empires tend to be medium sized, red in color, sweet, good for snacking, sauce and salads.

![]() | HoneyCrisp: Available September 3rd through October 9th, Available in the farm market only. Honeycrisp apples were produced from a cross breeding program in the 1960's involving the Macoun and Honeygold apples, as part of the University of Minnesota apple breeding program to develop winter hardy cultivars with high fruit quality. Honeycrisp's tend to be clean, crisp, and have a sweet tart taste. Great for eating!

![]() | Cortlands: Not Available Until September 24th due to road's not yet rebuilt after the storm. Cortlands are generally large, semi-sweet, mostly red in color.They are excellent for apple pies! They also good for eating, sauce and salads.

![]() | Idareds: Available October 8th to October 28th. Idareds are a sweet/tart and juicy apple, they have a firm, pale yellow-green flesh and are terrific for cooking, eating, salads, baking and pies. Idareds also make a beautiful pinkish applesauce!

![]() | Granny Smiths: Available November 10th through November 18th. Granny Smiths tend to be large, green in color, hard, tart, tangy and crispy. Excellent for eating, pies, sauce and salads.

These apples, which are very popular in California, are essentially a green fruit with generous red coloring.Braeburn's tend to have a better flavor, texture and staying quality than those left on the tree to redden longer. They also have a tart, almost spicy flavor, and are excellent for cooking, salads, baking, sauce, pies and can withstand freezing.
